I have been a managing partner in "The Athlete's Foot of
Greater New York" for the past 30 years. In that capacity, I
have supervised the construction of numerous stores, from
minor upgrades to complete and major renovations. We have
stores in regional malls and outdoor centers.

H&M
We have been working with the firm of M.CARY, INC. for the
past several years. In this time they have completed several
H&M Store projects for Hennes & Mauritz, AB.
During this period we have found M.CARY, INC. to be an
excellent General Contractor with workmanship of the highest
quality. Their field supervisors are extremely knowledgeable
and efficient, providing superb coordination between the
field and the office.
Some of the H&M Store projects performed were renovations
and required careful coordination to allow the stores to
